We do our best to complete orders in about 24 hours, but since our decals are made to order, sometimes they are done quicker, sometimes it takes a little longer, depending on how busy we are. We ask that you would patiently wait at least 3 business days before inquiring about an order that hasn't been shipped. Remember, we make your order personally for you!

Orders over $15 ship free via United States Postal Service, and yes, they can sometimes be slow, but most orders arrive in 3-4 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of your order, which gives enough time for you to receive your order and have a good look at your decals. If you are not satisfied with your decals please contact us.

We only offer store credit ONLY on returns, but we do not ask that you send anything back to us.  If you would like to exchange your damaged order we will send you a new batch of decals, and again, we do not ask that you mail back the previous order. 

We do not offer refunds on custom decal runs or orders placed using our customizer unless mistakes are found to be our fault and you are unsatisfied with your product. We do our best do be reasonable with our policies to avoid abuse on either end. If you made a mistake ordering, just send us an email within 24 hours, and we will sort things out for you!
